|Postage and Packaging
Postage and packaging costs will be added to the cost of your order and will depend on the total cost of the items you order and what delivery options are selected. The postage and packing charge you will pay will be displayed on screen before you confirm your order to us. Where multiple items are included in one order, we may despatch the items separately, in which case, you will only be charged one postage and packing charge.
There is a minimum order value of Euro 20. Orders below Euro 20 will not be accepted.
No order placed by you will be binding on us until we have confirmed the order to you by email. Placing an order
When we receive an order from you to purchase items from us, we will confirm that we have received the order by email to the address provided by you in your order. Your order is an offer to purchase an item and will not be binding on us until the earlier of us sending you an email to confirm that we have despatched that item to you or you receiving the item. We reserve the right to reject any order.
Payment will be debited from your account before the dispatch of your purchase.
JMB Health does not operate a returns policy.
If any item we have supplied is damaged on receipt we will, if we approve the claim, replace the item free of charge or refund the price you paid for it together with any postage charges you paid to us for delivery.
To return a damaged or faulty item you should contact us before returning the item. We will advise you on the best returning method.
Our maximum liability for our failure to fulfil an order that we are legally bound to fulfil will be limited to the price paid by you for that order
